RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Please read the fine print carefully for each product and service.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

  • SHIPMENT HANDLING TIME: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
  • SHIPMENT TRANSIT TIME: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or logistical challenges due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will get in touch with you.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

Intelliplay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

DAMAGES

Intelliplay is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUND

Goods once sold cannot be returned or refunded.

Our Android stereo is compatible with most vehicles. However, we have to rely on various accessories and/or peripherals such as frames, canbus, activators, etc. which are available in the aftermarket. We can not guarantee fitment / compatibility with your vehicle of these accessories and/or peripherals. We do not take any responsibility for any issues faced during the installation process. Our standard refund policy shall apply in case of any and all issues encountered during installation.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Out of Warranty Scope:
While these accessories are provided during Android Stereo purchase, they are not covered under warranty. This means that if any of these accessories fail or require repair or replacement, they won’t be eligible for warranty support.
Android Frame – A frame that helps fit the IntelliPlay device into your car’s dashboard.
CANbus – A module that facilitates communication between your vehicle’s electronic systems and the IntelliPlay device.
Camera Activator – An accessory to activate the rearview camera functionality.
USB Activator – A device that enables USB-related functionalities or connectivity.
Every device includes a one-year replacement warranty. If something goes wrong, we’ll assess the issue and replace it when eligible under our policy.

Any physical damage to the product in any form shall be considered as out of warranty. The nature of such damage shall be decided as per company's discretion.
